Mardi Gras 02/16/88 .The Kaiser New Orleans is always charged with the Mardi Gras spirit. One big party. The most intimate show I've ever seen was squeezed onto a small basketball court at the Univ. of New Orleans. Once the stage was set with all the band's gear, there was barely enough room for the crowd. Throw in a few of the Nevilles and The Bangles during the encore and that was one great show...my special memory of the Big Easy.
